Indian train coach cleanliness dashboard

Explore aggregated passenger observations for coach, floor, toilet and dustbin cleanliness. The dashboard refreshes from the current RailHygiene data snapshot.

Read this before comparing trainsThe dashboard is a historical community view, not a live railway inspection. A train with more reports has a more informative average than a train with one report.

What the dashboard shows

The interactive view brings together recent feedback activity and aggregated cleanliness scores. It is designed for broad patterns and discovery. For a specific journey, use the train search to open a dedicated page with its route, exact report count, latest recorded date, category averages and coach-level details where available.

Differences between trains can reflect sample size, coach coverage, journey date and cleaning cycle—not only underlying service quality. A high or low average should never be treated as a guarantee. Review the ratings methodology before publishing comparisons or drawing conclusions from a small sample.

Need action during a journey?

The dashboard cannot request cleaning or contact railway staff. For an active coach or toilet cleanliness issue, use the official RailMadad service or call railway helpline 139. See the step-by-step passenger guide.
